I'm not sure why this isn't a standard feature truthfully. It was in previous cerberus versions. And for large companies that have 30+ email address to work with, the ability to select a 'from' address per reply comes in very handy. Sometimes just sending a response from
support@domain.com is fine, but in other instances, it would be better to possibly get one from
manager@domain.com...without having to change the group...as the ticket would still technically be a support issue...
