 Description   
Summary:
After revamping the import/export system with tools outside the Cerb4 interface, you no longer can or need to import articles into the KB from the Cerb4 GUI. There is a button left over from this transition that should be dropped at our earliest convenience.

Steps:
1) Click 'helpdesk setup' -> 'Knowledgebase' tab

Result:
Observe there is an 'Import Articles' button that appears to work, but will not actually import any xml files you provide it.

Verified fixed in dev build 797.

'Import Articles' button has been removed.
