Summary:
An idea that came up in a brainstorming session.
Ability to tag the best resources when running searches through F&R, the Forums Explorer, etc. Anything that would be helpful to solve issues you could tag and it'd show up in the GUI as a useful link for support with tags. Then tagging tickets and KB make sense since you could relate things and also essentially 'vote up' things that get used a lot.
A possible implementation for tagging would use an interface similar to how the Explorer frame works. This way you could tag a result while viewing the actual content of the page.
Internally the Helpdesk would possibly have its own reources/links/tags section in the GUI. Here you could edit tags, "vote them up", favorite them, etc.
