An idea that came up in a brainstorming session.

E-mail templates could also use tags to show up contextually without having to search around.

This has been a key capability in our use of Cerb 3.5. A user tags a ticket with a few basic keywords, and the system ponies up relevant reply scripts from the knowledgebase. Since it looks like we'll use the email templates in place of KB articles, this seems a natural place to have the tagging show up as well.
