 Description   
Comments and/or sticky notes are often left unseen for ages in our deployment. Obviously part of this is because there's no notifications for them (I think there's another case already for this? If not it needs creating so I can vote on it!).

However, it doesn't help that the "last action" column in 'my workspaces' (for example) does not change to respect that a comment or sticky note was added. After a comment was added it should say something like "comment from Damien" or similar as the last action.

I also believe that it's part of the same bug that the last updated time is not changed. A comment is an update to the ticket in my view? Maybe this part is debatable (depending on how this is used by SLA monitoring etc.) and should be split into another issue??
