 Description   
I often refer customers back to their previous tickets by ID, and therefore often move between conversation/history tab of a ticket whilst composing my reply.

When I customise the search filters for the Requester History tab, it seems that Cerberus forgets this customisation if I go back to it later (after logout) - however it works ok for an entire login session. The result is that the ticket mask is hidden a lot of times that I go to it, and then I have to click into the ticket to find the information I need (usually ticket peek is enough to confirm I got the right ticket).

This is a dupe of a well known issue. We're working on an efficient way to persist the settings for all lists between sessions.

Closing out as per Jeff's request. The overall issue we want to direct people to is CHD-1129 . So watch that for now to keep tabs on any progress.
