Steps:
1) Log in to the helpdesk as one worker and observe your "Who's Online" status (e.g. Joe Geck (Developer) is browsing tickets)
2) Log out of the helpdesk
3) Log back in as a different worker and observe the "Who's Online" status
Result:
The previous worker status will still be shown even though they have logged out.

Logging out of the Helpdesk and then back in as a different worker does not clear the previous login "Who's Online" status
